In the build-up to Summer, Tinside Lido in Plymouth is painted before the onslaught of people looking to soak up the sun arrive. Two workers diligently repaint the stripes of the pool, silently performing their task. They’re artists now, gliding their brush on the massive blue and white covered canvas.
